Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to promote healing and balance energy flow. It is commonly used to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, eliminate pain, and promote overall well-being. Choose from a variety of massages to relax, recover from an injury, enhance athletic performance, or support your body during pregnancy.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that stimulates the body's lymphatic system to help remove toxins, reduce swelling, and support immune function. This type of massage encourages the natural flow of lymph fluid, promoting detoxification and reducing fluid retention. It’s especially beneficial for post-surgical recovery, boosting circulation, and enhancing overall well-being.

Acu-Facial

Acu-facials include both facial and full-body acupuncture (to address overall wellness), as well as 30 minutes of Celluma LED light therapy, and gentle facial gua sha and cupping, using organic OSEA skincare products. The 80-minute session helps to treat fine lines & wrinkles, boosts collagen & elastin, and can benefit acne.
