  • Before Your Appointment: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a new patient, please fill out your Intake Form & Waivers in your online patient portal. If you are unable to complete your intake forms online prior to your appointment, please arrive 20 minutes early.

  • Location & Parking: We are located in the 2050 building. Please take the second entrance into The Preserve business complex and we are in the first building just past the security booth. You may park in any unreserved spot in front of the 2050 building. There is additional parking on the side of the building. We are located on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, take a right and we are at the end of the hall.

  • Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $60 to the card on file. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Late Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will make every effort to accommodate you; however, depending on our schedule, we may need to reschedule your visit. If rescheduling is necessary, a cancellation fee may apply. This policy helps ensure our team members are fairly compensated for their time and allows us to provide the best service to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Add-ons: If you’d like to add LED light therapy or Infrared Sauna to your acupuncture treatment, please include a note for us when booking.

Cupping & Gua Sha

Cupping is an ancient healing technique utilizing glass or plastic cups to create a negative pressure (suction) on the skin's surface, which can help to decrease pain and inflammation, break up muscle adhesions, and also stimulate the immune system. Acu-Facial

Acu-facials include both facial and full-body acupuncture (to address overall wellness), as well as 30 minutes of Celluma LED light therapy, and gentle facial gua sha and cupping, using organic OSEA skincare products. The 80-minute session helps to treat fine lines & wrinkles, boosts collagen & elastin, and can benefit acne.


Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine is a part of traditional Chinese medicine, which utilizes formulas developed over centuries to treat many health conditions. Formulas are customized to treat specific symptoms and constitutions.


Infrared Sauna

Far infrared saunas heat the body from the inside out, penetrating deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues to increase circulation and flow of oxygen, at a more comfortable temperature than traditional saunas. Booking is for up to 60 min, but we highly recommend starting at 15-20 min. if it's your first time.

LED Light Therapy (Red / Blue Light Therapy)

LED Light Therapy uses targeted wavelengths of light to support collagen production, calm inflammation, and improve overall skin clarity and tone—leaving your skin healthier and more radiant. It can also be used to treat muscle, joint, nerve & arthritic pain.

LED Light Therapy can be booked as a stand-alone session or added on to any treatment.
